Benefits: Improves Strength, Concentration & Blood Circulation

Variations: Alternate straightening legs to the sky; Hold pose and count in a foreign language; Lower to forearms if wrists hurt.

How to: Stand with back against the wall. Bend at waist and reach for toes then walk hands out to make an upside down V shape. Walk feet up the wall and make an upside down L with body by adjusting hands and feet. Lower and rest in child’s pose.
