English: Half Lord of Fishes; Pretzel; Seated Twist

Benefits: Increases spinal flexibility; Improves digestion and liver function

Variations: Straighten bottom leg, Straighten right arm, Throw up a peace sign or other fun mudra with right hand

How to: Sit down and bend right knee with right foot near bum. Bend left knee and cross left foot over right knee. Place left palm on floor behind as you twist torso to the left. Bend right elbow and place it on outside of left knee.
