Benefits:  Tones abdomen, strengthens arms and core

Variations: "Walk" across the floor in this position, Drop your knees when you need a break. 

How to: Get on your hands and knees with your hands directly under your shoulders.  Tighten your belly as you straighten your legs.  This pose is generally a transition pose in yoga sequences.
