Variations: Let go of your legs and "row" your boat . . . sing along while you do it! For an extra challenge, try to straighten your legs.
How to: Sit up straight and lean your torso back as you lift your legs up in the air. Hold on gently to the sides of your thighs or knees with your hands. Keep your back straight and your chest proud.
